Perry's Steakhouse made our friend's celebration unforgettable! The service was outstanding due to our server being very attentive. The steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection, full of flavor. Highly recommend for great food, ambiance and exceptional service!
I came here back in October to celebrate a family member's birthday and we had a great experience. We ate the Perry's famous pork chops. It was my first time having them and I was pleasantly impressed. The service size is plentiful; it's a thick cut, about an inch and a half. However, the flavor is scrumptious. The pork chops were tender and well-seasoned. I just admit my first pork chop was a bit dry, but the server noticed and brought me out another that was perfect and wasn't as dry as the first one. This is a must-try! The accompanying mashed potatoes are also good, as well as the apple sauce. As for drinks, it has hand-crafted mocktails, the Pineapple Ginger Mojito, and the Smoky Rita. They were both good with distinct flavors. The Pineapple Ginger Mojito was mixed well, and the ginger flavor wasn't overpowering. The Smoky Rita was sweet and smooth but very sweet. I recommend these two drinks. The service here was exceptional. The service was very attentive and very proactive in attending to our needs. I really appreciated this. I can't wait to come back here.
I had a great Thanksgiving experience! The restaurant was accommodating with our reservation. If it's cold day, I do not recommend the patio. Check the weather ahead of time because their "heated" patio isn't heated much at all. They really need those tall heat lamps, I been in heated patios and didn't feel a breeze. But besides that the food and the service was top tier! We were seated inside, our waiter was great. The pork chop is HUGE! Honestly it could feed 3-4 ppl! Savory and tender filet Mignon cooked to perfection and the best side was the corn brûlée! Simply amazing! The Brussel sprouts lacked for me and the loaded mashed potatoes were ok.. Overall I had a great dinner!
I was thinking of the perfect place to celebrate my 26th birthday and I knew I had to return to Perry's! It was the perfect night at one of my favorite restaurants with one of my favorite people. We ordered the Pork Chop Bites, 5 skewers this time, and they were even more amazing than I remembered. I completely see why Perry's is famous for them, they are perfectly sweet and savory. We also had the Broiled Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms as our appetizer and they were great as well. We saved some of the bread and dipped it in the sauces, which was a great idea. Next, we had the Field Green, Pear & Candied Pecan Salad. This is one of my favorite salads and the candied pecans are excellent. For our entrees, we had the Filet Mignon and Ribeye, Koji-Aged and medium rare. These steaks were one of the main reasons I chose Perry's and I was impressed and in love once again. They were excellent in taste and presentation. We also ordered the Sauce Trio of Béarnaise, Miso Umami, and Truffle Merlot Demiglace Sauces, which all paired nicely with our steaks. For our sides, we shared the Lobster Macaroni & Cheese and the Truffle Steak Fries. Both of these were delicious. It was my first time trying the Lobster Macaroni & Cheese here and as a fan of this dish, Perry's did an excellent job. Lastly, for dessert we chose the Seasonal Cheesecake and the Crème Brulée. The Seasonal Cheesecake for fall this season is pumpkin with a gingersnap crust. I had come in hearing lots of great things about it and it exceeded my expectations! This was the best slice of cheesecake I have ever had! I also loved the Crème Brulée and the accompaniment of fruits. Perry's was an amazing place to celebrate my birthday and I could not be more grateful for the night. The service was also excellent and our waiter even brought over a candle and birthday card for me, I appreciated the gesture so much. Thank you once again to Perry's, I cannot wait to return!
The ambience is energetic, classy, not too loud. My service was delayed but I think it's because I was eating alone and they were thinking about earning bigger tips elsewhere. The food was spot on! The pork chop was an experience in & of itself. Potato & corn brûlée were amazing!! I would definitely recommend it. Service was the only question.
The aged Koji beef was superb. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. It is worth the $$$ price tag. Husband ordered it with a side peppercorn reduction sauce, which was good but I actually wouldn't add anything on the steak anymore. It was already very good by itself. I ordered their famous pork chop. While it was indeed juicy, I did not particularly like it. I would have preferred if it was just seasoned with salt & pepper and grilled. This one is barbecue sauce. I don't like sweet meat. We ordered a bottle of connondrum, perfect pairing for our meats. Also ordered the lobster bisque, and the artichoke potato and leek soup. The lobster busque was good, the artichoke was too salty. I did not finish it. Creme brulee for dessert is always good. You can't go wrong with it. The service was excellent. Ambiance was good.
Celiacs be warned! Yes, Perry's has a marked menu of "gluten-friendly" options, but if you have Celiac disease like me, you need to tell your waiter that you're Celiac. We went to Perry's Steakhouse for Father's Day yesterday. I ordered the symphony kabob ($65) that's supposed to come with truffle merlot demiglace and peppercorn reduction sauce. This is marked as "gluten-friendly" yet when my meal came out, I didn't receive the two sauces. The waiter told me that the chef said they're not gluten-free because they contain soy sauce. While my waiter knew his stuff & asked me if I'd like a lemon butter sauce, if you don't speak up and mention your exact autoimmune disease, you might be glutened if only looking for the "gluten-friendly" sign on the menu. "Gluten-friendly" should be for foods not made in a shared fryer, pot of boiling water and without gluten ingredients but in a shared kitchen where cross contamination cannot be 100% mitigated. It should not be used for items that contain gluten in their ingredients. This is a bad practice by @perrys_steakhouse to include something with gluten in it and have it marked with that symbol because not everyone speaks English and may just be looking for the symbol and not everyone is comfortable discussing their medical issues in front of others (especially if you're at a business dinner) and may just assume a marked item on the menu is safe. You wouldn't mark an item as "seafood free" and include fish sauce in the ingredients because you're catering to people who don't like fish rather than people who have to avoid it for medical reasons, so in the same vein, marked gluten-friendly/free products shouldn't contain gluten ingredients in them either. I love going to Perry's, our meal was fantastic and I wasn't glutened thanks to me disclosing my autoimmune disease prior to ordering, but this is a safety issue that should be addressed by corporate. *** In other notes, the corn brulee is an item we hadn't ordered in the past and OMG it was fantastic. That's going on the regular rotation just like the pork chop and creamed spinach. (And yes I did email corporate about this issue prior to posting this review.)
My colleagues come here every year during this work trip and it was my first time coming here. We had a reservation for Sunday in the PM and they seated us right away. The service here was phenomenal. The menu was huge with a variety of different steak options and appetizer options. The vibe was dark and moody if you sat int he main dining area but they definitely had a bar area if you just wanted to grab a drink and watch the game. We decided to get: (Also the bread that you get in the beginning was heavenly - the butter was also whipped and it was sooo good) -Perry's Signature Fried Asparagus: Absolutely delicious, so tender and the favors were great. -Truffle Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Another favorite of the table but how can you go wrong with spinach and artichoke dip -Corn Burlee: Also very good if you are a fan of sweet corn -Mac and Cheese: Honestly would pass on this, nothing special -Porterhouse for Two: My coworker and I shared this and honestly it was so good but it was way too much food for me -Chocolate Crunch Tower: Great dessert if you are a fan of chocolate -Nutty D'Angelo: Also very good - the presentation was A1 -White chocolate cheesecake: Honestly the best dessert out of them all Overall great vibes, great drinks (all the cocktails were delicious) you cannot go wrong here.
